The team arrived early. They were very respectful of us and the property. The windows look great inside and out, and the team leader told us that there was a problem with one of our windows, making it cloudy. We were aware of this problem, but it was good that he also pointed them out. They only moved things as needed, and everything went back perfectly. They carried storm windows for me to a basement area, after I brought up screens, which was considerate. They were efficient and seemed to work well as a team. They cleaned up after themselves quickly. The team leader went over pricing with me and discussed it very clearly and reasonably. He was very pleasant and low-key but was in charge in a good way.
